- Jayme Hummer serves as Manager, Special Projects and Research at Enspektos, LLC. She also co-hosts the Path of the Blue Eye Project’s podcast, fyi: healthmarcomms. She has more than ten years of experience in research, project management, writing, editing, and publicity. In 2007, Jayme began working with the National Patient Safety Foundation as a Media Consultant. Simultaneously, she was a publicist for several New York Times bestselling authors, gaining national media attention in print, television, radio as well as online. As a publicist she conceived and managed numerous social media campaigns for her authors through various blogs, podcasts, social networks, and more. In 2008 Jayme worked closely with Doctors Without Borders where she helped raise over $100,000 for the international medical humanitarian organization by devising a strategy consisting of a range of communications activities, including blog posts and social media oureach. At Telluride Medical Center in Colorado, she secured grant funding and focusing on patient safety and relations in the Emergency Department.
